Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensee disclosed that meals are provided to children in care and the menu is posted where parents can review meals for the month. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily to children in care. Licensee stated that they are aware that if a child is enrolled with special dietary restrictions, accommodations will be made for the child. During interview with parents, 6 of 6 parents made no disclosures of dietary restrictions or special diets for their child in care. Parents stated that there are no concerns or complaints regarding the care their child has received. Based on the investigation conducted by the LPA, it has been determined that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. A copy of this report, appeal rights, and Notice of Site Visit was provided. Exit interview was conducted with Sophia Tourneh, Licensee. ---Page 2 of 2
