What the inspector wrote

On 07/30/2025 10:53a.m. a.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)Doris Whitmore conducted an unannounced visit for conducting a Case Management Inspection for an incident that occurred on 07/21/2025 and was reported to the Regional Office. LPA met with Sandra Amaral and informed the nature of the visit. At the time of the visit there was 12 children and 3 teachers. According to the UIR During morning arrival mother was greeted and asked how she was doing. Mother responded by shaking her head saying, \342\200\234we had a rough day yesterday.\342\200\235 Mother then proceeded to tell Sandra- Site Director, she needed support with raising Mathias. Sandra asked mother to elaborate and proceeded to conduct a health check for child as mother was talking to her. During the daily health check. Sandra noticed a few marks on child\342\200\231s body and began to ask mother follow-up questions. LPA Whitmore interviewed ( C1) there were no responses. LPA Whitmore interviewed ( S1) During the interview ( S1) stated were the marks was at on ( C1) body that she observed.( S1) ask mon of ( C1) questions. Mom did not know where some of the marks came from. Shoes, clothes and diapers were offered mom. Mom of ( C1) declined. ( C10 would come to school without any shoes on on. A referral and mental health services were offered mom declined.( S1) called in to report to Suspected Child Abuse Hotline Based on the information obtained there were no violations of Title 22 Regulations.. An exit interview was conducted notice of site visit was issued.
