Page 2 Based on the investigation conducted by CDSS Investigator Padilla, forensic interview with Child 1( C1), LPA Laureno’s interviews of parents, staff and children, NO information was disclosed that staff did not accord child dignity in their relationship with staff or other persons and that staff handled child in a rough manner. There is not enough information to prove or disprove that facility violated children’s personal rights. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the above allegations did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided with a Notice of Site Visit to Director/Owner Danielle Williams.
