On 10/9/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Doris Whitmore arrived at Centinela Christian Child Development Center to conduct an unannounced case management visit. LPA Whitmore met with Director Inisha Engle. with Whitmore, informed the Director about the purpose of the visit to follow up on the retesting for lead. Director Inisha Engle shared with LPA Whitmore that she followed up with California Rural Water Association, and spoke to Claudia Renteria Technician. Appointment for retesting was scheduled for 12/6/2025. The Technician cancelled. The next date was for 12/9/2025 and Technician was unable to do the retesting. The facility is scheduled for the retesting 12/19/2025. The Director shared with LPA Whitmore The flushing tracking sheet that will be completed daily from 12/1/2025-2/15/2025. LPA Whitmore checked and the faucet is not being used. There is a sign on the faucet that stated do not touch for sampling. Documents that were obtained were The flushing tracking sheet,, email that appointment was canceled, and email regarding next appointment date which is 12/19/2025 at 6:00 a.m. Director will update LPA Whitmore when the process is completed. Exit Interview conducted and a copy of Notice of Site Visit given and posted for 30 days.
