On 01/28/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Doris Whitmore arrived at Centinela Christian Child Development Center to conduct an unannounced case management visit. LPA Whitmore met with Director Inisha Engle. The purpose of the visit to follow up on the retesting for lead. Director Inisha Engle shared with LPA Whitmore that on 01/27/2026 Calista from Rural Water Association came to retest the water. The results from the lead testing will take three to four weeks. Inishia shared with LPA Whitmore that the testing was from 6:00 a.m.- 6:30a.m. During the retesting there were no children in care. LPA Whitmore checked that the faucet is not being used. The documents that were obtained were the flushing tracking sheet. Director will update and inform LPA Whitmore when she has received the results. Exit Interview conducted and a copy of Notice of Site Visit given and posted for 30 days.
