Licensee applied for increase of capacity. Margarit Sislyan, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) arrived at the facility to observe required corrections before the license for Large Family Child Care Home will be granted. LPA met with Licensee, Alina Melikyan and toured the facility inside and outside. LPA observed 6 children were present at home. LPA observed the pool was fenced with at least five feet high fence. The fence does not obscure the pool from view. The gate swings away from the pool self-close and have a self-latching device located no more than six inches from the top of the gate. LPA did not observe any violations of Title 22 regulations. License for Large Family Child Care Home will be granted. Exit interview.
