What the inspector wrote

the table chairs was around 10 minutes. They believe this staff was new and did not have a lot of experience in how to properly address a situation such as this one. Parents interviewed did not present concerns related to the above-mentioned allegation. Based on interviews conducted the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 Chapter 1, Article 06. Continuing Requirements, Section 101223 Personal Right is being cited on the attached LIC9099D. Please refer to LIC9099D for documentation of deficiencies. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Marian Ranasinghe.
