What the inspector wrote

On 10/27/2022 Licensing Program Analyst arrived at 9225 Alcott Street, Los Angeles, CA 90035 for the purpose of a case management visit to deliver an amended report of the case management visit conducted on 9/19/2022 . LPA was greeted by Licensee Moran Amzaleg. LPA observed 16 children with an assistant and licensee present. Licensee confirmed she was over capacity and will be calling parents to pick up additional children to ensure she is in compliance. At 12:15 p.m. Licensee stated that parents are scheduled to pick up children at between 12:00 p.m- 12:30 p.m., by 12:47 p.m. all children were picked up and LPA observed 6 children napping. LPA issued a Type A citation and a Notice of Site Visit was issued and a copy of this report was given to licensee.
