Follow-up on corrections·July 17, 2025

***This is an amended report which supersedes the previous report. This report is amended to remove the deficiency.*** Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tatiana Bickham conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit to this facility. While conducting an alternate visit at Tiny Thinkers Preschool Canoga Park on 6/17/25, the following deficiency was observed. While conducting an alternative visit on 6/17/25 Licensee and Staff 2 (S2) disclosed that children are not changed inside of the restroom but inside of the classroom so another staff member can see them changing the child. LPA informed the Director, children can be changed in the classroom, best practice would be to change children inside of the restroom. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. An exit interview was conducted with the Director and Appeals Rights provided.
