Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tatiana Bickham conducted an unannounced case management inspection on 7/22/2025. LPA arrived at the facility at 12:50 PM and met with Director, Angelica Castaneda, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 52 children and 6 staff present upon arrival. LPA conducted case management inspection to amend previous case management deficiency report for visit conducted on 7/17/25. LPA amended the report to remove previous deficiency for personal rights violation. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. An exit interview was conducted with the Director and Appeals Rights provided.
