What the inspector wrote

Based on LPA's observation and interviews which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegations are found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 & Chapter 1, are being cited on the attached LIC9099D. A copy of this Report, Notice of Site Visit, and Appeal Rights were explained and provided to , Assistant Director. LPA's left the facility at 12:24 PM and returned at 2:20 PM Pg 3.

    101238.2(g), Outdoor Activity Space, The playground shall be enclosed by a fence to protect children and to keep them in the outdoor activity area. The fence shall be at least four feet high.This Requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, and interview, The fence along the back of the playground is under four feet, back gate does not close, and the front gate is proped open by parents, which poses an immediate or Health and Safety, and personal rights risk to persons in care.
