What the inspector wrote

On 02/03/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit for the purpose of investigating three unusual incidents that occurred at the facility. LPA conducted interviews with staff. Based on the information provided there are not deficiencies issued today.
