When interviewed, all staff reported that the child was closely supervised by multiple teachers in the classroom and child was provided redirection. Parents interviewed did not present concerns related to the above-mentioned allegation. The first allegation indicates that \342\200\234 Staff did not report incident(s) involving day care child(ren) in care." Per reporting party, the school did not provide proper incident reports. The reporting party provided licensing with photos of the child's face scratch and bite mark. When When interviewed all staff stated that the incident where the child obtained a small scratch on the face and the biting incident with another child were both reported to the parent with a written incident report. The school provided copies of the reports in the child's file. The school also provided copies of other incident reports which were given to the parent. Parents interviewed did not present concerns related to the above-mentioned allegation. Based on the investigation conducted, there is insufficient evidence to support the above-mentioned allegations to be true. Therefore, although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations Unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Peggy Nairn, Director and Appeals Rights provided.
