Pre-licensing visit·August 3, 2021

On August 3, 2021 at 12:05 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Loyce Phillips conducted an announced Pre Licensing inspection with applicants Ofelya and Paul Ouzounian. Today's inspection is a follow up to the Pre-Licensing inspection conducted on 7/13/2021. During the pre-licensing inspection conducted on 7/13/2021 the following corrections were required: \302\267 Install working carbon monoxide \302\267 Install Fire Extinguisher (2A10BC) \302\267 Install front gate that leads into the driveway (front yard area) During today's inspection the following corrections were observed and completed: \302\267 Carbon monoxide is working and installed in the day care room and napping room. \302\267 Fire Extinguisher (2A10BC) was purchased on 7/13/2021 and placed in the day care room. \302\267 Front gate is installed. Applicant is approved for a license pending managers approval. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to the applicants Ofelya Asatryan and Paul Ouzounian.
