On January 29, 2026 at 1:00PM, an unannounced Case Management visit was conducted by Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Rita Ramos, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Zaragoza for the purpose of serving Immediate Exclusion\342\200\231s for Ofelya Asatryan, Paul Ouzounian and Harout Ouzounian of this facility. LPA and LPM met with licensees Ofelya Asatryan and Paul Ouzounian at the facility, located in Los Angeles CA 91344. Present during the visit were 4 children and 1 assistant. ORDER TO THE LICENSEE OF THE EXCLUDED PEOPLE FROM ALL FACILITIES: Harout Ouzounian \302\267 Order to Licensee/Facility of Immediate Exclusion from Facility: Harout Ouzounian \302\267 Appeal Rights \302\267 Government Code 11522 LPM and LPA advised facility representatives that Harout Ouzounian is excluded from Asatryan and Ouzounian Family Child Care, and any other licensed facilities by the Department of Social Services. Licensees Ofelya Asatryan and Paul Ouzounian are also being excluded from Asatryan and Ouzounian Family Child Care, and any other licensed facilities by the Department of Social Services pending the outcome of the administrative action being taken by the Department of Social Services. Ofelya Asatryan, Paul Ouzounian and Harout Ouzounian have 15 days to submit an appeal. The address for the appeal was provided to Licensees. Licensing staff served the exclusion letters to Ofelya Asatryan, Paul Ouzounian at the facility in person on 01/29/26. Licensing staff served the exclusion letter to Harout Ouzounian in person 01/29/26 at the correctional facility. Exit interview was conducted with licensees, Ofelya Asatryan, and Paul Ouzounian. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for thirty (30) consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty.
