On 04/16/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Laureano conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of ensuring the facility is meeting all Tittle 22 regulations and CA Health and Safety codes. LPA toured the facility both indoors and outdoors and observed the following: Classroom 1: 10 children and 3 staff members Classroom 2: 24 children and 4 staff members Classroom 3: 11 children and 3 staff members Classroom 4: 12 children and 2 staff members. No deficiencies were cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Upon on receipt of this report, the director, Perla Venegas, shall post the Notice of Site Visit. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required, will result in an immediate $100 civil penalty. An exit interview was conducted with Perla Venegas and a copy of this report was discussed and left with director, whose signature on this form confirm receipt of these documents.
