Follow-up on corrections·June 17, 2025

On 6/17/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Laureano conducted an unannounced case management inspection at the above-mentioned facility for the purpose of ensuring that standards are being met in accordance with California Tittle 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes. LPA was greeted by Perla Venegas Facility Director. LPA completed an walk through of the facility and observed 24 napping children with two staff members in the main room and 23 napping children and one staff member in the Two\342\200\231s classroom. On 05/28/2025, facility was cited for the following: 101216.3 Teacher-Child Ratio -(a) There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than No citations were observed and/or issued during today's inspection.12 children in attendance..... Citation issued on 05/28/2025 has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report with the Notice of Site Visit was provided to Perla Venegas.
