On 09/29/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brittany Lovest conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction Inspection at the above-mentioned address for the purpose of ensuring the standards are being met in accordance with California Title 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes. Upon arrival LPA met with Director Perla Venegas and discussed the purpose of the visit. At the time of visit children were napping. LPA observed 61 children in care being supervised by 5 staff members. LPA Lovest and LPA Laureno conducted an unannounced visit on 9/17/2025, and Licensee was cited for the following deficiency: 101161 Limitations on Capacity LPA Lovest and LPA Laureno observed, 4 of 17 children present in classroom 2 were under 2 years old. Facility is licensed to care for children aged 2 years old to entry into first grade for an overall capacity of 100 children. LPA Lovest instructed facility licensee to contact families to ensure compliance is met by the end of the inspection. During today's visit LPA Lovest observed the following: 1. LPA Lovest reviewed sign-in and sign out sheets for 9/29/2025 and 9/26/2025. LPA Lovest reviewed facility roster and 6 children\342\200\231s files and observed at the time of the visit, facility license is being maintained. Based on observation and record review, 1 of 1 deficiency given on 9/17/2025 has been corrected during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letter was discussed and provided to Perla Venegas.
