On 09/22/2022 at 09:40 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Suzette Ornelas made an unannounced case management visit at the above address while investigating a complaint at the next door address, 6552 Buffalo Ave Van Nuys, Ca 91401. LPA met with ANAIR ASATRYAN, Licensee and toured the facility. LPA observed 13 children in care and 2 adults. Per Licensee, there was a change of location done in February 2022 and has not been operating her day care at 6552 Buffalo Avenue Van Nuys Ca 91404, since. LPA inspected the home to ensure the health and safety of the children. Children were actively engaging with one another and with the providers. Facility is operating within capacity and the home was clean and in order. There were sufficient cots for napping, sufficient toys and enough space for all children. Notice of site visit was provided and exit interview was conducted.
