Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

The back house is separated from the main house with a fence. The children have never had access to the construction area. The licensee stated that there has never been a time when there have been tools or materials inside the home or in an area where the children have access. All three parents interviewed stated that they had never seen any construction tools or supplies in an area accessible to their children. All parents also reiterated that the construction is separated from the home with a fence. The parents mentioned that the home is organized and clean. During both visits that LPA conducted, LPA observed that the construction is in the back of the property and is separated by a five feet fence. LPA did not observe any construction tools or supplies in the front yard or inside of the home. Based on the investigation conducted, there is insufficient evidence to support the above-mentioned allegation to be true. Therefore, although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are Unsubstantiated. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Ninel Hakobyan, Licensee, and Appeals Rights provided.
