What the inspector wrote

On 10/03/2023, Licensing Program Analyst Adrian Risher conducted a case management visit for increased monitoring. LPA met with Tabina Dixon, Licensee. LPA explained the purpose of the visit. LPA observed 9 children in care with 1 staff. LPA Risher observed 9 children in care preparing for naptime. Licensee was within the capacity limitations. Licensee's primary residence continues to be the family child care home. Based on observations made by the LPA, no deficiencies will be cited today. LPA did not observe any violations during today's visit. Facility will continue to be under increased monitoring on a quarterly basis. Exit interview was completed with Tabina Dixon, Licensee. Appeal Rights will be provided. A Notice of Site Visit will be provided.
