What the inspector wrote

On 6/12/25 at 8:06am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeanine Lipsey conducted unannounced case management deficiencies visit. LPA met with Licensee Ruth Flores-Lopez and observed 4 children and 1 staff at the time of the visit. During LPA visit on 3/26/25, licensee disclosed they put an infant in a stroller until they calm down. LPA observed licensee put an infant in a stroller, rocked the stroller back and forth in front of the television. A stroller should be used to take the children outside on short walks and should be not used inside for calming. Type B citation is being issued. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Ruth Flores-Lopez. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
