Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilia Hernandez conducted an unannounced case management inspection to the above facility on 03/19/2025. LPA arrived to the facility at 8:55AM and met with Liliana Eleuteri, Licensee, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 2 assistants present with 2 infants, and 3 preschool age children in care. The purpose of the visit was to obtain signatures on an amended report. There were no deficiencies cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. A copy of this report, appeal rights, and Notice of Site Visit was provided. Exit interview was conducted with Liliana Eleuteri, Licensee.
