What the inspector wrote

On 3/21/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laureano arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of investigating the above-mentioned allegations. Upon arrival, LPA met with teacher M. Valin and discussed the purpose of the visit. Staff informed LPA that director A. Siddiqui had stepped away and will be back soon. LPA toured the facility and observed 20 children and two staff members providing care and supervision. Director arrived at facility at approximately 12:40 p.m. LPA interviewed staff and director. LPA requested and reviewed children's roster, parent handbook and copy of menus for Jan-March-2024. Based on LPA Laureano\342\200\231s observations, interviews with staff, parent and children and document review, no information was disclosed that facility violated children\342\200\231s personal rights and/or that facility is not following food services regulation, there is not enough information to prove or disprove the allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the above allegations did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted director and a copy report was provided.
