What the inspector wrote

PAGE 2 Licensing Program Analyst, Veronica Wheatley observed the children leave the premises. Based on LPA's observance a Type A deficiency is being cited according to Title 22 Regulations. A Notice of Site Visit will be posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of the report was read and provided to Interim Executive Director.

    LIMITATIONS ON CAPACITY

    101161a-Limitations on Capacity-A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This is evidenced by LPA V. Wheatley observed six preschool children being supervised by three staff members. The program operates two days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am to 12pm. The licensee does not have a preschool license. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care according to Title 22 Regulation.
