What the inspector wrote

On 8/19/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Wheatley conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection to verify that the licensee is operating within Title 22 Regulations. LPA met with the Interim Executive Director William Ingram. The facility was cited for operating beyond the terms of the license on August 14, 2025. LPA Wheatley toured the premises today and did not observe any children on the premises. LPA observed the Notice of Site Visit posted. The facility is operating within compliance. LPA also received an email on August 14, 2025 from Mr. Ingram that the church plans to request an exemption from licensure or submit an application for a child care center. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of the report was read and provided to the Interim Executive Director.
