What the inspector wrote

On 1/23/2026 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Judy Laureano and Cristina Castellanos conducted an unannounced case management inspection at the above-mentioned facility for the purpose of ensuring that standards are being met in accordance with California Tittle 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes. The inspection aims to obtain measurement for the original Toddler Classroom- C1. LPAs were greeted by facility director Nyah Dorgan and Assistant Director Kim Soria who provided a tour of the facility according to the facility sketch provided. LPAs observed 64 children and 15 staff members providing are and supervision. Facility uses the following classrooms for the toddler Program C1, C4 and C5.The preschool rooms are C2, C3, C6, C7, C8 and C9. Per director, C9 is currently not being used, no children were present in the space. Toddler rooms are C1, C4 and C5. During today's inspection LPAs remeasured the original toddler classroom, C1. Indoor Activity Space as of 1/23/2026 for Toddler Classroom C1. C1= 660.54 square feet Based on Evaluation Report (LIC 809) dated 10/14/2025 the following Toddler classrooms C4 and C5 measured at: C4= 578.3236 C5= 413.039 As of 1/23/2026 total indoor activity space for Toddler Option Classrooms measure: 1651.9026 square feet divided by 35 square feet, equals 47 children. Page 2 Indoor Activity Space based on Evaluation Report LIC 809 dated 10/20/2025. Ruby 1/C7= 901.315 square feet divided by 35 square feet, equals 25 children. Ruby 2/C8= 848.4197 square feet divided by 35 square feet, equals 24 children. Johnny 1/C6= 879.9725 square feet divided by 35 square feet, equals 25 kids. Johnny 2/C3= 624.6889 square feet divided by 35 square feet, equals 17 kids. Blue Bells/C2A and C2B= 804.6733 square feet divided by 35 , equals 22 kids. Office/C9= 296.4425 square feet divided by 35 square feet, equals 8 children. Based upon today\342\200\231s inspection, the facility shall be recommended for the requested capacity of 47 toddler age children (18 months to 36 months). Although applicant originally requested to decrease their preschool capacity to 108 children, based on evaluation report dated 10/20/2025 facility has a total capacity of 113 preschool children. The determination of this application request will be reviewed with Licensing Program Manager for final resolution. An exit interview was conducted, copy of this report was discussed and provided to Director Nyah Dorgan and Assistant Director Kim Soria
