What the inspector wrote

On 01/07/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cristina Castellanos conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction - Case Management Inspection at the above-mentioned facility for the purpose of ensuring the standards are being met in accordance with California Tittle 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by staff member S. Farha and discussed the purpose of the visit. Shortly after LPA met with Director Elizabeth Moore and toured the facility both indoors and outdoors. Facility operates a single licensed child care center. During today\342\200\231s inspection there were 6 children, 2 adult staff members (S4 & S5) and Director Moore providing care and supervision. LPA previously had conducted an unannounced case management inspection on 01/02/2025 and cited a deficiency on Title 22 regulation Personnel Requirements 101216(g)(1) Except as specified in (3) below, good physical health shall be verified by a health screening, including a test for tuberculosis, performed by or under the supervision of a physician not more than one year prior to or seven days after employment or licensure . LPA requested the following documents: Personnel Records. Based on record review, standards are in accordance with California Title 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes are being maintained during today\342\200\231s inspection. An exit interview was conducted, and report reviewed with Director Moore. A copy of this report was provided to the Director. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
