What the inspector wrote

On 11/25/2025 Licensing Program Analyst, LPA, Tyra Chavies, met with Assistant Director, Aisha King, of the purpose of an unannounced visit-Licensee Initiated. There were 79 children being supervised by 15 staff members. Director, Demi Lara reached out to Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) to obtain approval for location change regarding classrooms. During today's visit, LPA Chavies observed children in care and received facility documentation. An exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed and provided to assistant director. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
