On 08/05/2025 at 2:30 p.m.. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)Doris Whitmore conducted an unannounced visit for conducting a Case Management Inspection due to an incident that occurred on 07/31/2025 and was reported to the Regional Office. LPA met with Telma Rojas , Center Director and informed the nature of the visit. At the time of the visit there was 60 children and 19 teachers. According to the telephone UIR 7/31/2025 Parent came to the facility after having a heated conversation on the phone with the facility. When she rang the door bell i did come and open the door. As soon as i opened the door, she became verbally aggressive and she proceeded to snatch the door out of my hand. The parent then being very confrontational and proceeded to go on the playground where the rest of the children and parents were. Ms. Violet then said that the parent left out through the gate on the playground. LPA Whitmore interviewed the staff. An exit interview was conducted wit Telma Rojas, Center Director. A copy of the report was read and given to the Center Director. LPA Whitmore informed the Center Director that the Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days. At this time further investigation is needed no deficiencies.
