On 08/07/2025, LPA Clayton toured the facility for a Health and Safety inspection and received a copy of the Child Care Facility roster, and a Personnel Report including staff contact information and other documents related to the complaint allegations. LPA Clayton also interviewed staff. During today’s visit, LPA Clayton reviewed and received documents related to the complaint allegations and conducted parent interviews. Based on LPA's inspections, interviews, and observations, the above-mentioned allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Telma Rojas and Executive Director Deidre Nordel. LPA Clayton posted a Notice of Site visit which is to remain posted for 30 days.
