What the inspector wrote

On 02/07/2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Tyra Chavies conducted an announced inspection with applicant Diana Real for the purpose of a pre-licensing inspection for Corrections. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure the standards for a Family Child Care Home are being met in accordance to California Tittle 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes. Per the Pre-licensing inspection on 01/07/2025,\302\240 the following corrections were required prior to license approval: The following corrections will need to be completed by 01/14/2025: Barricade for two gaps on both sides of the detached garage During today's inspection LPA Chavies observed the following: Barricades for the two gaps on both sides of the detached garage The fenced pool area (LPA Chavies did take pictures) This home is recommended for licensing on 02/07/2025, pending manager file review. A copy of this report was reviewed and provided to Diana Real. A notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
