What the inspector wrote

Page 2 On 10/22/2025 LPAs requested and reviewed children's roster and staff roster. Any document that was not available during today\342\200\231s inspection will be emailed to LPA. On 1/6/2026 LPA Laureano concluded all investigative interviews. Based on investigative interviews, document review and LPA\342\200\231s observation, NO information was disclosed that staff did not prevent children from accessing hazardous construction equipment and that facility had uncleared adults present in the facility, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning although the allegations may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of the evidence standard has not been met. Exit interview was conducted with facility director Celia Fisher and a copy of the report was provided with a Notice of Site Visit.
