What the inspector wrote

On 6/4/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond arrived at above mentioned home for the purpose of delivering findings of the above-mentioned allegation. LPA was met with licensee. Assistant Nashia McDaniel was present during the visit. LPA toured the facility and observed 6 children in care with licensee and 1 assistant providing care and supervision. During today's investigation LPA observed two children sitting in high chairs eating snacks and 4 other children eatin snacks. Per observations on 3/24/25,LPA observed one child sitting in a chair with a tray straped across the front of the seat. LPA observed infant seated in bouncer seat. Based on LPA observations, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22 Division 12, Chapter 1, and Article 06, are being cited on the attached LIC. 9099D.An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report and appeal rights was read and provided to licensee Tabina Dixon.
