What the inspector wrote

On 4/14/26 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond conducted an unannounced case management licensee initiated visit. LPA was greeted by licensee Tabina Dixon. LPA observed 10 children in care being supervised and cared for appropriately by licensees. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm . Licensee is not open for overnight and weekend care as needed. Licensee provide meals, beverages, and snacks. Today's visit is to change bedroom #3 to on limits from off limits. Licensee updated LIC999A. Licensee provided LPA updated sketch for file. LPA Richmond toured the home inside and outside for a Health and Safety inspection. The home has heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. The current facility sketch was reviewed, and LPA Richmond confirmed that home is a single-family home that consists of the following: living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, gated front yard, and gated back yard. Bedroom #3 is now on limits and available for children in care to utilize. The licensees have requested the following rooms be ON-LIMITS: bedroom #3, living room (main day care area/napping), dining room (eating area), bathroom #1, kitchen(walk thru only), and the fenced front yard. The ISOLATION AREA will be in the dining room The licensees have requested the OFF-LIMIT AREAS are as follows: bedroom# 1, bathroom #2, bedroom #2. Exit interview was conducted with licensee, and a copy of report was read and provided to licensee Tabina Dixon. No citations were issued per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes. Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
