What the inspector wrote

On 02/05/26 LPA Richmond completed an initial 10-day complaint visits which included facility tours, observations, and interviews. Between 02/06/26 and 04/13/26 LPA Richmond attempted contact with parents of children enrolled in the above-named Childcare Center to conduct interviews. Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to Licensee Tabina Dixon. Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days. page 2 of 2
