On 08/27/2025 at 10:06am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Devon Carus conducted an announced Plan of Correction inspection to determine if the 2 required corrections prior to licensure noted on 8/12/2025 have been cleared. LPA met with Shannon Kolb, Director and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA observed 0 children in care since the center is currently closed in preparation for the upcoming school year beginning the week of 9/2/2025. On 8/12/2025 the facility was given 2 required corrections that shall be completed prior to licensure. These included.. \302\267Items designated for children outside of the toddler age range will be removed from the toddler playground prior to licensure. \302\267Toy storage bin on toddler playground will also be removed prior to licensure. On 8/27/2025, LPA Carus toured the indoor and outdoor play areas of the pre school and observed that the above mentioned necessary items outside of the toddler age range previously located on the toddler playground have been removed. Additionally, the aforementioned toy storage bin has also been removed from the toddler playground. The Director also sent photos to the email of LPA Carus confirming the necessary corrections. On this date, all necessary corrections required to clear this facility's corrections prior to licensure have been met. Exit interview was completed with Director, Shannon Kolb. A notice of site visit was provided, and must remain posted for 30 days.
