What the inspector wrote

A finding that the complaint is substantiated means that the allegation happened or is valid, there is a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged occurred. An exit interview was conducted, the report was read, and a copy of this report was left with the Licensee with notice of the site visit and appeal rights. Failure to maintain posting of the Notice of Site Visit for thirty (30) consecutive days will result in a $100 Civil Penalty.
