On February 6, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst conducted an unannounced Case Management visit for the purpose of inspection of pool alarm to ensure it was working properly. During annual inspection on 1/2/26, licensee stated the pool alarm was not functioning correctly due to water flooding into the swimming pool during storms, causing it to dislodge from its anchor and internet outage in the area. Licensee states that she got a new internet company and now the alarm and alarm app are functioning properly. LPA verified that the pool alarm was anchored, the alarm was functioning and licensee tested the pool by placing a broom and swishing water to make the alarm sound. LPA Garcia reviewed daily log and was up to date. As a result of the inspection, the pool requirements meet title 22 Regulations. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, and notice of site visit were provided to Ruth Rodriguez, licensee.
