What Happened
The inspection identified a trampoline in poor repair and a pool area that required ongoing supervision of barriers and access control. The licensee also could not provide current fire/disaster drill documentation and did not have proof of mandated reporter training available.
Observations
- A trampoline was observed in the rear yard and was not in good repair
- An above-ground pool was present with a self-closing, self-latching gate
- Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors appeared operable
- A crib for infant care with a firm mattress was observed
- No current fire and disaster drill was available
- Mandated reporter training certification was not available
