On 06/04//2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justeene Tamayo met with Licensee Gabriela Bobadilla, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility for a case management inspection to inspect the renovated back yard. Upon arrival, LPA observed 1 infant, 6 preschool age children, and 2 school age children in care, along with assistant #1 and licensee. LPA Tamayo conducted a walk through of the backyard and confirmed that there are no bodies of water on the premises. There is a basketball hoop that is currently put away. The play area is clean, free of debris, and fully enclosed with a wooden fence and gate. LPA observed white and grey granite block cement along the back edge of the yard, near the hillside. The wooden fence on the right side of the yard has also been renovated. According to the licensee, the previous swing set has been removed due to overuse, and there are plans to purchase a new one for outdoor play. The backyard includes grass and cemented space for active play. There are no pets on the premises. Licensee was reminded to continue to report to CCLD if any other renovations occur in the backyard. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was read and provided to licensee on this date. A Notice of Site Visit was left and must be posted for 30 days.
