What the inspector wrote

On 9/1/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Heath conducted a in-person pre licensing inspection. The purpose of the inspection is to conduct a follow-up Pre-Licensing Inspection to review the corrections required for licensure. LPA and Applicant toured the facility inside and out to ensure the home meets State Licensing Title 22 Regulations. During the time of the inspection the following corrections were observed: \302\267 The tall furniture in the living room was secured \302\267 The kitchen was made it inaccessible to children with safety gate. \302\267 In the kitchen drawer, the knifes were made inaccessible to children in the high kitchen shelf. \302\267 Medicine is located in the hallway cabinet. The applicant had a safety latch which made inaccessible to children. \302\267 In Bathroom #1, shampoo, children toothbrushes, hand towels, and personal belongings were removed \302\267 Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 the dressers were made inaccessible to children with safety latch \302\267 Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 the closets were made inaccessible to children with safety latch \302\267 Bedroom #3 was made inaccessible to children with door key \302\267 Bathroom #2 was made it inaccessible to children by latch \302\267 The closet near the Bedroom #3 has cleaning supplies was made it inaccessible to children with safety latch. A/C unit shape blades were made inaccessible with cover \302\267 Outdoor electric box was made inaccessible to children with cover. \302\267 The materials (wood, tools) next to the outdoor storage room were removed. \302\267 The garage and laundry rooms were made it inaccessible to children with door lock \302\267 The backyard garden was make it inaccessible to children with door lock. The report was read and has been emailed for a read receipt to Applicant, Lilit Mkrtchyan. ***As a result of this inspection, the home does meet Title 22 Regulations. The applicant is ready for licensure pending the manager's approval.
