On 02/14/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Justeene Tamayo conducted an inspection at Aslanyan Family Child Care. The purpose of the inspection was a Plan of Correction visit to review the two Type A deficiencies that were cited on 02/12/25 for Staffing Ratio and Capacity: 102416.5(d)(2) and 102416.5(e) and ensure licensee is now in ratio compliance. LPA met with Licensee Anush Aslanyan and toured the facility. The following was observed: 1.) During the visit LPA Tamayo observed the home was in ratio with 12 children (1 infants & 11 preschoolers), along with assistants #1-2 (fingerprints cleared and association) and the licensee. No deficiencies are being cited at this time. A Plan of Correction letter was provided to licensee. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was read and provided to licensee, along with a copy of licensee's Notice of Site Visit.
