On 07/12/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alemoh met with Director Keelan Pratt for the purpose of conducting an investigation concerning an unusual incident that was received by the Palmdale Regional Office on 07/03/2024 that occurred on the same day. LPA toured the facility and observed 78 children present along with 16 teachers. On 07/03/2024 the Director reported an Unusual Incident concerning child #1 disclosing inappropriate behavior from Staff #1 to Child #1 parent. The investigation consisted of interviews with staff, and other complaint relevant parties. LPA interviewed the director, staff and other relevant complaint parties (See LIC 811 Confidential Names). LPA obtained a copy of the facility roster. Further investigation is required in order to resolve the Unusual Incident Report. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report, appeal rights, and notice of the site visit was left with Director Keelan Pratt.
