Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Silva Garibyan conducted a Case Management visit for the purpose of a capacity increase evaluation. LPA met with Noesh Hordagoda, Licensee and Gladys Villalobos, Director and toured the facility inside and outside on 05/18/2021 at 10:30 AM. Licensee is applying for a capacity increase from 50 to 75 preschool children. This center is located on the same property as Wellspring Church. The Preschool has a gated entrance with code and doorbell. The hours of operation: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Current license includes two classrooms. The licensee added one classroom and submitted an application for capacity increase for a total of 75 preschool children. 1. Indoor measurements: Classroom A: 22 X 38.11 = 887.48 sq.ft/35 = 25.37 Classroom B: 22.82 X 39.00 = 890.06 sq. ft/35 = 25.43 Classroom C: 22.6 x 39.00 = 881.4 sq. ft/35 = 25.18 2. Outdoor measurements: Back Yard: 23 X 99.00 = 2281 sq. ft/75 = 30 Front Yard: 49 X 188 = 9231.95 sq. ft/75 = 123 The outdoor space is completely fenced in and there are no bodies of water. Adequate shade is available. The facility consists of 3 preschool classrooms, 8 toilets, 2 urinals, and 6 sinks. Drinking water is available in each room. The fire department has granted the fire clearance for the capacity of 75 children. Fire Clearance granted on 05/17/21 by Inspector Cindy Struck, LA City Fire Prevention Bureau. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report will be mailed to the licensee .
