What the inspector wrote

On 7/31/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Heath met with Assistant Director Sarah Lund to conduct a Case Management—Health and Safety check. Upon arrival, LPAs observed 10 children with 2 teachers in care. The purpose of the visit is to conduct a health and safety check. LPA asked the assistant director, Sarah Lund, to complete the facility sketch for indoor and outdoor and submit it to LPA by 8/9/2024 and email to LPA, so the Regional Office can submit a fire inspection request. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was read and provided to the assistant director, along with a Notice of Site Visit.
