What the inspector wrote

According to allegation facility was only communicating information to one parent. The investigation was not able to determine which parent received what information. According to documentation obtained both parents received emails, text messages on phone and/or \342\200\234remind app\342\200\235. Also, interviews disclosed in person conversations and information were taking place with both parents at different occasions. It was alleged facility and Parent had an agreement in the initial admission enrollment and contract states the facility will not disclose financial information to the other parent. According to allegation facility is breaching contract confidentiality due to providing information regarding other legal parent\342\200\231s payment options. It was concluded documents requested to be signed by other parent are a legal document and are required to be signed at the time of pick up or drop off. Facility was following regulations, incident occurred is not unable to determine if conclusions made by other parent breached admission agreement. Also, it was alleged a child\342\200\231s medical condition information was posted on the facilities \342\200\234Remind App\342\200\235 according to allegation this was a breach of confidentiality. During this investigation it was disclosed that a message regarding a child\342\200\231s possible medical condition may be contagious was posted on the \342\200\234reminder App\342\200\235 as a precaution for parents to be mindful of any conditions on their child\342\200\231s health. According to documentation obtained and interviews conducted, no names were disclosed on the messages involving any children with any medical condition. Over the course of investigating the record keeping, food service and admission agreement allegations the interviews, documentation related to the allegations did not disclose supporting evidence. Based on the information obtained there is not enough evidence regarding the allegations, Therefore, the three allegations are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, report, appeal right and notice of site visit provided.
