On Monday April 1st 2025., Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Braddock met with Licensee/facility representative, Joyce Hart who granted access to the facility. The purpose of the inspection was to conduct an unannounced case management inspection for a UIR received at Palmdale RO on 3/18/25, 3/19/25, 03/21/2025. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the facility representative. When LPA arrived at the facility there were 30 children in care with 22 staff. The hours of operation for the program are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. During the inspection LPA interviewed staff present. Director Joyce Hart showed LPA a letter from Department of Public Health dated 3/18/25 asking additional question to make a determination to see if there is an outbreak. LPA obtained a copy of the email and completed a safety inspection of the facility. Based on LPAs observations zero citations were observed or issued today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative.
