What the inspector wrote

On June 17 th 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Braddock met with facility representative, Jasmine Ruiz who granted access to the facility. The purpose of the inspection was to conduct an unannounced case management inspection for a UIR’s received at Palmdale RO. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the facility representative. When LPA arrived at the facility there were 19 children in care with 10 staff. The hours of operation for the program are 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. During the inspection LPA interviewed facility representative and ask about different preventive measures to assist with keeping the numbers for the out break low. Per Facility representative, As of June 9th the facility was cleared and resumed to normal activities. LPA was provided a copy of the gastrointestinal illness clearance letter from Public Health. LPA also completed a safety inspection of the facility. Based on LPAs observations zero citations were observed or issued today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative.
