Pre-licensing visit·June 7, 2023

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maddox met with Jessica Fonseca and her husband Jaime Fonseca today for the purpose of conducting a 2nd Pre-Licensing inspection for the Infant component. This 2nd inspection is conducted to re-measure the outside play yard, during the 1st inspection, the outside play yard could only accommodate 3 children. During this inspection, the outside measurements were as follows: 41 X 12.5 = 513/75 = 7 25 X 7.5 = 188/75 = 3 Total outdoor space can accommodate 10 Infants . A waiver is required due to the outside area not large enough to accommodate the total capacity of 20. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was left with Jessica Fonseca.
